i have been trying to get my order done and have had troubles just to reach u guys...what is live chat been held IF u guys are 24/7 busy??...even tried contacting through support ticket...its been 3 days just to get my 300peds in entropia...why dont u guys set someone up and can be contacted through msn?? or something ...the sickning chat is always saying all agents are busy....always....whats this??...is this how u guys work things up?...im disappointed....

I placed an order days ago. I was notified it was ready while I was at work, since I couldn´t be online the order was given to someone else. I can NOT be online at night, and now it seems that if I can´t be online at night I can´t receive an order. I keep getting told the same thing by people who either are ignoring what I´m saying or do not understand English. And I asked NOT to be called at home, and was called at home (my husband didnt need to know what I spent for a game). I don´t have my order and they have my money. I try live chat and get the same pacifying statements over and over. I STILL don´t have my order!
